Chris Sotiro, New Jersey Future Policy & Program Coordinator (10:15-10:45 AM)
Presentation on the NJDEP MS4 Permit components: storm water pollution prevention, public
education and outreach. (10:15 AM – 10:45 AM).
Kevin Stephens, Assistant Planner, Morris County Department Public Works, Division of Engineering &
Transportation (10:45 AM – 11:00 AM)
Morris County’s rules, regulations and best management practices towards preventing storm
water pollution.

Stephen Ringold and Kim Winslow, The Grand Falloons (11:00 AM -11:30 AM)
The Grand Falloons will provide an overview of their amazing programs that create an excitement
for litter abatement, reducing, re-using and recycling. The Grand Falloons are on the Clean
Communities list of programs approved for grant funds.
Samantha Slevens, Zoophoria NJ, Owner/Lead Educator (11:30 AM – 12:00 PM)
Samamtha will give an overview of Zoophoria NJ programs. She uses live reptiles and
amphibians to educate the public about helping animals by respecting our environment.
Zoophoria NJ is on the Clean Communities list of programs approved for grant funds.
Bill Kerwood, Educational Outreach Specialist (12:00 PM – 12:10 PM)
Bill provided a video showing effective methods of communication. He incorporates these
methods in his programs that include magic, comedy, and interaction. His goal is to help people
recycle more and litter less. He is on the Clean Communities list and approved for grant funds.
